For about 3 hours, voicemail transcription has been down on my VOIP.MS account and that of a friend. So I assume that it’s not working for any VOIP.MS account. I created a ticket.
No mention of the outage at https://status.voip.ms … It puzzles me that VOIP.MS has a nice little status page but often fails to use it to provide notice that one of their services isn’t working. Anyone have a theory about why they fail to provide notice?
