I am receiving voicemails from my DID via email. They arrive just fine. I get a message that says:
You have a new message in mailbox 1
and the voicemail is properly attached.
I’m am using Groundwire.
I was wondering if there was a way of also checking on the voicemails from Groundwire? The received email said I could use *97. If I try that a voice says, “Comedian Mail mailbox.” At that point I enter my DID number and it replies “password” and then I enter the 4 digit password I had set and it replies “Password incorrect.”
I’m ok I guess with just getting them in mail like that. But was just wondering. Thanks.

Hello @douglerner,
It depends how you configured your voicemail.
Also, you must not enter your DID number, but your voicemail number (like 101, it depends what number you assigned to your voicemail when you created it).
You can check only if you want. Login into the voip.ms and go to the menu “DID Numbers → Voicemail.” You can see in the table your voicemail numbers (on the left) and on the right the “Options” column. Click on the blue icon “View mailbox list” to see any messages in the mailbox.
The “New,” “Urgent” columns should be 0 if the messages are not kept on the servers. (Edit the voicemail to change the option “Delete Voicemail Message” as you wish.)
Kind regards,
Alexandre
