No payment options

hello, I cannot add funds and it says to contact support for payment options. I did write email to support on 27th, but haven’t heard back. My account is new, maybe that’s the case? I also tried different browser with no luck. Did anyone have the same issue?

Support replied to me saying “At the moment and due to a limitation form our Payment processor the only available payment method is: Bank wire”.

However miniumum payment is 100$ which is expensive for me.

Hi, I am also unable to make payments via the website, there is no option, I have written to support yesterday but got no reply so far.

I also cannot send private messages here or write new posts.

Same problem. And i do not see how to send you a private message.

I am also not hearing from support, I have been emailing for almost 2 months with no reply. Has anyone had any luck?

As you click on my name you should see the message option

No, when i click on your name it pops up a box with message short cuts, your joining date, number of posts on this topic etc but no private messaging option.

I now have received an email with instructions for sending funds by wire to an account in Montreal. However, no info on how to identify the purpose of the payment – you refer to “account userid” in an earlier response but i see only a “SIP/IAX Main user name” on the log in page – should i use this number to identify my payment?

I think you have to be at least “Trust Level 1” (basic user) to see the Message button. To reach trust level 1, check here:

If you go in your profile, in the Summary tab, click on the “Expand” button at the top right, then you will see under your name and bio more details, including “Trust Level”. You start as “new user” (trust level 0), then “basic user” (trust level 1)—something like that.

It seems I can’t send private message until my “trust level” is higher.

As I said, I got the email with the wire instructions and made a transfer yesterday— unfortunately though I just realised I neglected to include any account identifier information, other than my name of course. Is there any way to contact your payments people so they can try to identify my payment and credit it to my account?

Open a ticket in your voip.ms account.

As for the trust level, just look at the post link I sent above. It will take you just a few minutes to reach level 1 and be able to send messages.
