August 2025 and I also cannot post a new topic. I am even certified by discobot, but still no New Topic button. :frowning: If anyone sees this here, have you been able to get SMS working on the Voip.ms iPhone softphone app? Receiving messages okay, and sending from web portal okay, but not from Voip.ms softphone app. Support has been non-existent or unhelpful. So this is where I end up.

I am able to send sms messages FROM the Voip.ms softphone app, I just can’t receive them. I do see them on the website so I know they are going through.

Phone calls are working fine as is sending sms, I am just not able to receive sms messages via the Voip.Ms softphone app.

Hello all. I’m a “refugee” from Skype. Not at all versed in virtual telecommunications. I would be grateful for any advice. My situation:

I managed with the help of the Voip live support( back in May..it seems the live support completely disappeared since) to set up my voip on zoiper 2.25.10 version. But, I was never able to receive calls. Only outbound worked . Texts were ok both ways. I tried, based on voip wiki help to solve the inbound call issue. Unfortunately, being completely non-technical I screwed up my phone to the extent that some messages do not get through currently. I tried installing the ap on another phone, followed Voips’ instructions and no, the registration failed.

On my home voip.ms page the registration is ok. Does the basic zoiper allow for multiple phone installations? Currently, I have 2 zoipers on 2 different phones. One is registered , but no inbound, yes to outbound calls, and occasional missing text messages. Ten other one says failed registration. HELP, please! Thanks kindly!!!
