Welcome to the VoIP.ms Community. We are excited to have you here. As part of this fantastic global Community, you can make the most of your VoIP.ms services.

The Community is comprised of VoIP. ms’ customers, partners, employees, and enthusiasts. Its purpose is to generate productive and insightful discussions that can help each member and VoIP. ms’ continuous improvements. This space allows you to connect with like-minded individuals, share your expertise, and learn.

We want to highlight that we strive to ensure that respect is a non-negotiable value within this space. As a result, every member must follow the established rules to make this Community thrive. Make sure to read the following terms before joining this energizing group.

VoIP.ms Community Guidelines and Rules:

1. The Community Group is not a replacement for customer VoIP.ms Support
VoIP.ms does not provide one-to-one support in this space, and no immediate response should be expected. We cannot stress enough that this Community Group is NOT a replacement for customer support.

2. Stay on Topic
Only ask questions or share knowledge related to this group’s topic. Community administrators and moderators will remove anything unrelated to relevant topics of discussion.

3. Respect Everyone’s Privacy
Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but sometimes sensitive information might be shared. Remember to act in these situations as you’d like to be treated.

4. Promotions or Spam are Forbidden
We will not accept advertising or spam in any form. If you encounter this type of content, report it by clicking “Report to admin” in the upper right-hand corner of a spam post.

5. Respect for Privacy
Never share your credentials with any member of the Community. VoIP.ms cannot be held liable for any damage it may cause to your account if you decide to do so.

6. Good Manners: Be Kind and Courteous
We’re all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Let’s treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness and empathy are a must.

7. Communication Style
Be Concise and Clear in your Responses. Please take the time to read other responses and comments before you write your own.

8. Community Reporting
If you recognize any violation of these guidelines, please notify us within the Community by choosing “Report Inappropriate Content” from the message’s Options menu in the bottom right of the thread by pressing “…” and then flagging it to our team and let us know why you feel the content is inappropriate. Otherwise, if you have any questions about our guidelines, contact community@voip.ms.

9. Language
VoIP.ms is a global company that respects its users’ different cultural backgrounds. Its customers’ main languages are English, French and Spanish. While topics can be started in other languages, we strongly suggest the adoption of English to maximize message reach and understanding.

Note that these guidelines may be updated or revised over time, and members should periodically review them to stay informed of any changes.
