LINE BUSY when calling subaccount DID phone

Hello Experts,

We have two DID phone numbers using zoiper softphone app. One DID is attached to the main account and the second DID is attached to a subaccount. Whenever we call the main DID it rings fine. But if we call the subaccount DID 80% of times it says LINE BUSY and doesnt ring. However the subaccount DID can call others using the zoiper softphone just receiving calls gives LINE BUSY to caller. Also strangely the main DID shows registration status=Registered while the subaccount status=No registration found. But sometimes both shows Registered and both shows No registration found at times randomly. Any thoughts?
