Incoming calls - one phone at the time

I have a SIP phone account, that config on 3 different devices…

*My computer
*My cell phone
*The ip-phone at home

Why when I receive an incoming call only one of the 3 device is ringing the other 2 won’t get the call at the same time?
How can I make the 3 devices ring at the same time?

You may be using the same account (or subaccount) on the three endpoints. At VOIP.MS, each endpoint must have its own account or subaccount. You can have as many subaccounts as you like: they don’t charge for them.

Create a ring group. Make the three accounts members of it. Route your phone number to the ring group.
