Does voip.ms have a plan or be working on the SMS delay issues?

As the title, I am interested in knowing whether voip.ms is currently working on the SMS delay issues or has have a plan in the future? They seem to consider the delay being not a big issue:).

I’m not sure VoIP.ms sees any of these issues as actual issues. Everything seems to get brushed off as “normal” or “not a big deal,” even when multiple customers are reporting the same behavior.

What surprises me most is that they haven’t already asked you to run a dozen different tests just to keep you spinning in circles. I already told them that kind of testing is unacceptable for me now — since Voipo migrated their customers over to VoIP.ms, I no longer have unlimited calling. Every single test call costs me money. It may not be a huge amount, but it’s still something I shouldn’t have to pay just to prove a problem that’s already been confirmed by multiple users.

At this point, it honestly feels like their entire “plan” is to wait it out and hope the problem magically resolves itself so they can later claim it was fixed. That’s not exactly reassuring when people are dealing with real delays and real impact.
