CDR Entry When Endpoint Unregistered Or Unavailable?

If a call comes in when the main registered endpoint is either unregistered (or is otherwise unavailable) does this still create an entry which is viewable in a CDR report? A second endpoint was registered, but not answered.

If it matters, both endpoints are in the same ring group which is the route the DID is configured for.

Thanks.

Hello urbnsr,

Yes, we do log viewable call records for all calls, including those that were not answered. You can verify these records by visiting the customer portal, navigating to the Finances menu, and selecting Call Detail Records. Please ensure that all relevant filters are checked to view the information you need.

Thank you!

You can view the dispositions of the calls in the CDR list, just click a call to see it. Then, from the window that pops up, you can click ‘View Call Logs’ for a more detailed log of the activity for the call. Might be useful for troubleshooting! Be warned though, it does take a minute or two for the logs to be retrieved from the servers.

Thank you for the replies. I was told someone attempted to call me, but could not get through. They may have had the wrong number, because I don’t find their number… ?!

Also, I did not catch that the calls can be selected for more detail.

Thanks.
