Is having no registration status normal?

In my Porta home page, i get the “No registration found” in red under registration status. Yet when I tested SMS service it seem to work. Also call forwarding seem to work. I couldn’t register my account on a Softphone (MicroSIP) though.

Is it normal to have the status like that, can someone from support take a look at my account configuration?

SIP registration is only required if you intend to use inbound or outbound calling. Many features such as IVR, SMS and Forwarding can work fine without any registration.
SIP registration means that a phone, softphone or PBX has successfully established a SIP session with VoIP.ms and can receive and make calls.
Remember that if you want to have inbound calls from one of your DID, your SIP device must register on the same server as the POP you selected for your DID.
