Simplified CNAM Viewing and Updating now available

We are pleased to announce that now you can easily view and update the Caller ID Name (CNAM) for your numbers. This feature is accessible in the ‘Manage DID(s)’ section, found under the “DID Numbers” menu in your customer portal. Simply click the ID card icon next to your number for quick consultation and request modifications. This enhancement is designed to provide you with greater visibility over your VoIP.ms services.
