Porting Telus land line, no phone number on Telus invoice

Hi, I started the porting process to port a Telus landline number to voip.ms. However, the Telus invoice does not show the phone number and showing the phone number being ported is required information. How to proceed if the Telus invoice doesn’t show the landline number?

Family member sent the rest of the Telus invoice, phone number on 2nd page. I can finish porting now

I know this is a solved issue, but for anyone who comes to this thread after with the same problem: In this situation, I would request a CSR (Customer Service Record) from the phone company in order to get all the information needed to do a port. I’m pretty sure keeping CSR documents is required by law for the telcos to operate. Your CSR will have all the account/phone numbers, address etc. you need to complete a number port.

Thanks good to know. I used the full invoice, I’m hoping the required info is there. I’m on day six now and still waiting for completion of the porting of the landline to voip.ms.
