Has the passing of incoming number to an internal Vtech list been disabled?
I used to be able to see a number and now nothing.
Reset modem and phones, seems ok at present.
I’ve actually had that happen on my setup too. For me, the caller ID will just quit even though the calls themselves still come through normally. A full reboot of everything brings it back, but I’ve never figured out the root cause. I’m using a Grandstream HT702 ATA, so I’m not sure if it’s just the ATA getting fussy or something else. Either way, a restart has been the only thing that consistently fixes it on my end.
