I have a Grandstream HT814 V2 ATA and I can’t seem to get it to do incoming or outgoing calls. I do see it registered in my voip.ms account, but incoming calls do not ring and outgoing calls just give me a fast busy tone.
If there are any relevant settings that can help troubleshoot this, please let me know and I can share.

Incoming calls not reaching a device is usually an issue with DID Routing on the voip.ms site. Outgoing calls can fail to problems with the dial plans or codecs. Make sure everythiing in the configuration guide on the Wiki. There is not a page explicitly for the HT814 V2, but the 802v2 guide may guide you in the right direction.
