Yes proper channel and your app version looks good, same as mine and I just checked for updates.
Did you check this yet? “Did you enable SMS/MMS for that particular DID in your portal?”

I just followed the directions linked above and it worked for me on several different cell phones.
Maybe it’s the brand/model of the device you’re using. ![]()
that’s the thing - I get my messages copied to my cell phone and they appear there first!
earlier to your softphone than to the SMS message center?
No. Earlier to my cell phone than the Android app.
So on your phone, you have installed voip.ms app, and in the mean time, you have another mobile number. You tried to send messages to both, and message arrived at the mobile number earlier?
App is on the same phone.
Incoming SMS still not working since Dec 26; sent emails, logged ticke but NO Response. tried to get support on voip.ms chat (they have no one responding except bot also has issue ); tested on Gradstream wavelight and Voip.ms softphones - same issue nothing incoming but bouncing off to alternate email. voip.ms sms portal shows text incoming but its not getting to subaccount softphone. Does anyone from company care to provide answer or anyone got hold of their tech support for resolution. Thanks
Assuming you have all the configuration following their instructions, SMS is linked to your phone? Which server are you using? I saw on the status page, montreal1 to 5 are under maintenance. Not sure that would make any impact.
Another thing I noticed is that I need to use TLS SIP instead of UDP to get sound when not on wifi. I am on Chatr 4G.
I have SMS issues again in delivering to sub account? Does anyone else have this issue? voip.ms SMS app works flawlessly.
Regarding setup, is there a guide or knowledgebase article about how to configure Portal and Voip.ms app to enable SMS?
I have it enabled in the portal under DID Settings > Message Service (SMS/MMS) > Enable SMS/MMS (is checked).
I don’t see any additional settings in the app. Must be missing something?
and also how you want to receive SMS for example, deliver to email, forward to a cell, deliver to a subaccount, and API etc.
I would expect them to show up in the Messages tab of the voip.ms app, no?
There is a wiki page that may help.
I just setup SMS/MMS with my Yeastar server Calling is fine SMS/MMS sending is fine but SMS receiving doesn’t work. I followed the VOIP.ms with Yeastar Wiki. Does anyone know the fix?
