Inability to access VOIP.MS support chat using Firefox

Since opening my VOIP.MS account four months ago, I haven’t been able to access the support chat using the link at the top of the website page when using Firefox; I get a small javascript window but don’t get passed to the chat page. When using Chrome, Opera or Edge on my PC or Soul on my Android phone, I get passed directly to the chat opening window. I opened a ticket that was “passed to the development team” and eventually marked “solved”. Shutting down all my Firefox extensions didn’t resolve the problem and I haven’t found any settings that make a difference.

Has anyone else experienced this issue, failure of support personnel to respond to a chat request not withstanding?

I have Firefox 128.0b6 (64-bit) running on Win-10, and I have my voip.ms account portal open on another tab. I switched back to that tab and hit the orange chat icon in the bottom right corner and the chat window opened with a lot of instructions and various fill-in form boxes so I assume it’s working - but you don’t see any of that? I have the MVPS hosts file on this PC, but otherwise nothing else like ublock or yes-script or no-script add-ons.

Maybe you could post a screenshot of what you’re seeing when the problem happens?
