Hi, I am trying to setup an IVR in a specific way. So far I got most of it to work as I want it with one small exception: I am trying to set digit i to loop a recording every time a wrong option is entered; then play a second recording (which repeats the valid options); and then, on 3 incorrect iterations, just play a “goodbye” recording and finally hangup. But it seems there is no way to do this other than not including the i option so that it just uses the default behavior. Right now, if i set i to play a “wrong option” custom message recording, it will just hangup after playing that recording instead of looping the menu x amount of times before hanging up. A feature like this would be nice so that we can use our own recordings to keep the voice-theme consistent and professional-sounding. Thank you very much for your time.
