Ticket #5HNRJK has been open since 09/02/26 with no movement so I figured I’d post here. I was not expecting radio-silence from a company that has been around for a very long time. Especially since they pay sales folks to hit me up frequently.
I have the DID’s in my account setup to provide transcriptions of calls and voice-mails as well as most of the related AI features and none of them are triggering and I’m not receiving any of the emails it is supposed to be sending. I have attached a screen shot of the setup for those features for reference.
