I can see SMS messages when I log on and I can see them as they are forwarded to my personal cell number, but often don’t see them, even on an existing thread on the Android app.
Any idea how to troubleshoot this? I really like being able to respond to my customers quickly and easily.

This is most likely a cache refresh delay. If you “swipe down” on the main screen, the app will refresh from the server, and it should be visible. It happens to me once in a while when I answer a SMS from email. It takes a while before it shows in the app. But a simple “swipe down” fixes the issue.

It happened again, so I did as you suggested. I saw it refreshing, but still no new entry.
It was a message from a new customer (as opposed to part of an existing thread).
If I send a text from my cell to my business phone, it works.
