New PBX Features Coming?

@VoIP.ms Are there any plans for expansion of the PBX features? Such as AI integration for IVRs? Holiday schedules for IVRs? etc? I’d love to know as I’m feeling like we’re falling further and further behind compared to other providers who offers these types of feature sets as standard issue.

Bumping for visibility since 15+ days have gone by with no response from @VoIP.ms

I came from Voipo.com after they went belly up and dumped their customers onto VoIP.ms. Their service followed the same pattern you’re describing here. In the beginning, they were constantly adding features and trying to stay on top of everything, but for the last decade all the new features stayed stuck in beta. And if you reported an issue, instead of thanking you for helping identify something that should be getting worked on, they would snap back and say you can’t expect a beta feature to work or have the functionality you’re asking for.

Seeing this thread go more than two weeks with no response from VoIP.ms feels very familiar. It’s frustrating when providers fall behind on features and then go silent when customers ask reasonable questions about the roadmap.

I have always considered these forums from carriers to be users helping users and not for official tech or sales support.
They do usually have somebody to monitor and chime in, but they generally are not qualified for tech or sales support.
You are best to contact Sales or Support direct if you want a reply from them directly.
You can also use the Suggestions & Feedback forum to request those options, but do not expect a reply unless it’s other users in agreement or have something to add.

I would very much like to dump my premise IP Pbx and go to Voip.ms

Hello community,

New features are coming , please check New features coming up! post

This AI auto attendant was announced initially mid last year and it was supposed to be rolled out and never happened?

I’m in the opposite boat.. The feature set of the Voip.MS system is falling so far behind others, I’m consider installing an IP PBX and just using Voip.ms for trunking. It’s 2026 we still can’t transfer calls offsite? BLFs don’t work half the time, no IVR Holiday Hours schedules, no AI Agent third party integrations, just to name a few. These are all standard fare with most other current gen IP PBX providers. (Grandstream PBXs are less than $200 and have every single one of these features built in).
