I am at a loss. I have HT702. No phone for 3 weeks since transfer from VOIPo. .MS support is not responding to my tickets, basically ignoring me. I am extremely disappointed with lack of support! I wasted 4-6h of my life on this stupid setup already.
My account keeps showing no Registration Found. Based on this thread, I have made these - not sure which ones were needed, but it started to work with the last change.

Using the 6 digit number SIP user
Changed password to have no special characters
SIP transport is TCP
NAT Traversal is Keep Alive
changed local SIP port from 5060 to 6080
Then I finally made the last change:
Changed SIP server names from DNS to IP addresses. Using these since I am in Philly:
New York 6, NY (newyork6.voip.ms) 208.100.60.12
New York 7, NY (newyork7.voip.ms) 208.100.60.13
and it finally registered. I was able to receive a call finally. But when trying to make a call, I get a busy signal (but it is not as I have my cell phone next to me). So I can’t make an outgoing call.
Any suggestions.
The grandstream worked with VIOPo. I am not sure how to mess with my router to check the firewall options mentioned.

Make sure the account has a valid callerid number assigned , this can be verified from the customer portal , then go to Main menu, Account settings, then General tab
Over this section select a valid callerid number, this can be your current DID, if you don’t have a DID already you can validate an external number in the same page.
This is one of the most common errors for outgoing calls on initial setup

My Main Menu→Account Setting→General is set to “Use one of my DIDs” and in the selected drop down it shows my phone number.
I had set up the sub account for an old phone to test and a separate one for the HT702. No registration. Went over config several times. I’d think registration should be simple. So, no help to you yet..
