As much as I’d like to use this, I’m assuming the price will be $25/month after September 7th. Or will it still be $10/month?

My biggest concern is the $0.25 per minute usage charge. If a caller keeps calling back because they’re frustrated with the AI agent or IVR and are trying to navigate the menus (which many of us do), those costs can add up quickly.

For example, I had an experience today with the CVS AI agent. I was just trying to reach the pharmacist, but after about five minutes and multiple calls, I gave up and went with another pharmacy. I even tried calling from the phone number associated with my account and from a different phone number, but the system kept insisting on verifying my number only to send me to voicemail.

Situations like that are exactly what concern me. If callers repeatedly call back, or if you receive spam calls or robocalls, you’re still paying for the AI to answer those calls. Whether you’re awake or asleep, you have no control over when someone calls and starts using your credits at $0.25 per minute.

For large companies, those costs could become significant. Even for low-volume users, unexpected or unwanted calls could end up costing more than expected.

Because of that, I’ll probably have to skip the AI Agent. There’s not much point in starting the free trial if I won’t be able to continue using it after September 7th unless the pricing becomes more affordable.
