Have a Poly B10 I can’t get to register.
Followed VoIP.ms’s guide at: https://wiki.voip.ms/article/Poly_Edge_B10
Phone shows under SP1 Service Status: “Register Failed: No Response From Server (server=208.100.60.17:5060; retrying)”
But no joy.
Updated the firmware to the latest on HP’s Poly site, v1.1.0
I’m at a roadblock, anyone successfully configured a Poly Edge series with VoIP.ms?

You may have already checked these, but a few things come to mind:
• Ensure all auto‑provisioning options are fully disabled
• Uncheck the “Default” boxes before entering any SIP settings
• Verify that you are using the correct VoIP.ms POP and ports
• Use a sub‑account rather than the main account, and type the credentials manually, since copy and paste can add hidden spaces

We got it working. It was an internal networking issue.
I’ve been working on now how to change the Line Key/Extension Name.
Not as straight forward like Grandstream.
