Call Queues Logging Agents Out Without Knowledge

We’re continuing to see where dynamic agents that login to call queues using the 11 method, are logged out of the queue without the agent doing *12. This has been reported a couple of times and continues to be an issue with no resolution. We have 2 permanent members of a call queue and several of us are dynamic and login to assist when the queues are busy. However we’re getting logged out repeatedly without us initiating the logout. Anyone else having this problem?
