I have used Vitelity for faxing for a long time. I would like to use VoIP.ms for faxing but am trying to figure out how to provide a login for the customer to review their faxes like I do with Vitelity.
With Vitelity I can create an account for them which they can use to login to a fax only interface where they can send faxes, view any faxes that have come in etc. I see that I can do all this under my main login but I can’t handout my main login to my customers obviously. What are my options with VoIP.ms? Do I just need to tell them it’s fax to email or email to fax and that’s it?

You can either use the “Fax to Email” possibility (when you manage the DID, enable email, and attach as PDF). If your customer has a dedicated email address for that, or filters, things can be set nicely.
Otherwise, I think you will have to use the “Reseller” mode (menu). From there, I guess you could create the DID for your customer, and they could access their own fax. But since I never used it, you should ask voip.ms support team concerning this. You should be fixed quite quickly.
