Is there any issue dialing numbers in Albania (specifically mobile numbers), country code +355? I’m able to reach other countries like Italy, but not Albania. I checked the country restrictions and they are ok, Albania is on the list of allowed countries. Int Routing is on Premium.
Check whether the premium termination rate for Albania has increased and exceeds your setting of maximum per minute rate. (I hit this when the rates for the UK increased).
There’s no obvious warning if this happens: the call just fails.

Great observation. I changed the limit from 0.5$ to 1$ and the call went through immediately.
