Automatic dial-by-name directory?

Hi there,

I’m evaluating VOIP.ms as a provider for us and one feature I’m interested in is a dial by name directory. Do you have any hints on how something like this could be implemented here?

If you need dial by name, then you need a pbx.

voip.ms has a rich set of calling features, but it’s not a pbx.

i have done this in Voip MS using IVR and Programming names either 3 or 4 digit numbers and when it trasfers to the correct extn it says the name that i uploaded wav file

This is awesome !! just what I was looking for… not sure I understand the IVR part, but will muddle through. Thank you for this workaround!! Realtor in Chattanooga, TN
