Is it possible to do a
PRESS 1 for bill collection
PRESS 2 for other
and have 1 just immediately hang up or go into a long long recorded message that ends after 4 minutes with no voicemail?

I have found that using wildcards for blocking works just as well, so Iām doing that for now.
