Appreciate that we have a forum now!
Like @Zeta and @yowee, I don’t see the functionality to start a new thread, but I suspect this might be a restriction for new users.
More of interest would be “settings” and “logout”… 🙂

Hello Lixoten,
New users usually do require to navigate a bit longer on the forum before you can post, however I verified already for your User , You should be able to see the New Post for creation on the right side of the screen, let me know if you are still unable to see it

I’m not able to create a new post. What criteria do I have to meet to create a post in this forum. I’ve never seen anything like this before. I’m a new customer and I need some help.

Unfortunately the voip,ms Community is very browser-picky. It doesn’t work with 4 out of 5 browsers I tried. I think that’s a new record that I have personally encountered with any public forum site.

Hello @MikeWS,
THis is strange because it works on all 4 browsers I have (Vivaldi, Edge, Chrome, Firefox). What is the issue you are facing? Do you have extensions that block too much things which would make the page not working properly?

Just out of curiosity, I tested this on my end. I tried Firefox, Chrome, and Edge on my computer — all three worked without any issues. I also checked on my Samsung phone using Firefox, Chrome, and the built‑in Samsung browser, and those all worked fine as well.
Not sure if this might be extension‑related or something environmental, but the site itself seems to behave normally across the browsers I tested.
