# Need Real Feedback on Internal Communication Tools

Hey everyone,

I’m in the process of selecting internal communication software for my company (about 100 employees). We’re aiming to streamline team collaboration and reduce our dependence on scattered messaging apps and email threads.

I found this article listing a bunch of tools like **Blink, Simpplr, MirrorFly** , and others:

On paper, many of them look solid—but I’d love to hear from people who’ve _actually used_ any of these platforms.

**What I’m looking for:**

- Secure, reliable internal chat (text/voice/video optional)
- Mobile + desktop support
- Self-hosting or white-labeling options are a plus
- Ideal for a mid-sized team (50–150 users)

**Would love your thoughts on:**

- What tool are you using?
- How’s the real-world performance and user adoption?
