Help getting my number A2P 10DLC registered

Anyone know who at voip.ms or how I can get my number A2P 10DLC registered? I’ve submitted two tickets, over a month ago and was told this was escalated to the SMS group. Still no updates or response. I’m stuck and am considering switching service providers. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I’d probably try live chat as well if you haven’t already. A month with two tickets and no real update is pretty frustrating, especially when you’re stuck waiting to get your number registered. Hopefully someone from the VoIP.ms team can at least check the status of the escalation and give you a clear answer.

I tried live chat, they can’t help and can only escalate the ticket. They always tell me someone is working on it, but it’s been over 45 days and still nothing from voip.ms side. Very disappointed and very frustrating.

A2P 10DLC registration has three moving parts, and it helps to know which one is actually stuck:

  1. Brand vetting (The Campaign Registry)
  2. Campaign vetting (use case + message sample)
  3. Number registration with the participating carriers - this is usually where a downstream provider like VoIP.ms has to finalize it, and it’s outside your control once escalated.

While you wait, two checks are worth running so the delay doesn’t compound:

  • Confirm the number’s carrier and line type haven’t changed recently. If the number is still tied to the previous carrier in upstream records, the registry can reject the registration even after the provider approves it.
  • Keep the traffic on the number aligned with the registered campaign. If the same number is used for P2P-style traffic outside the approved campaign, carriers can flag it and slow everything down.

We check carrier, line type, and platform-registration signals in bulk or via API at PhoneVeriflo with a free preflight - handy for auditing a list while waiting on registration. What did your last ticket reply actually say? That usually tells you whether it’s stuck at brand vetting or on the carrier side.

Hello there! Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I have sent you a DM to check in directly about this.

Send you DM, hopefully you can help track this down.
