When I call sub accounts that are busy, Don’t hear busy signal.

I use voicemail only on the DID routing in auto attendant.

Hello @rcourtney,

It really depends of your setup.

Do you have any “failover” settings in pace in your DID?

You can also set the voicemail of a subaccount to the same main voicemail account you have. This will give more consistent behaviour. Just make sure the voicemail is not in auto-login. Users will still need to type the password.

Depending of your setup and want you want to do, there can be reasons why there is no busy tone. And different workarounds.

Kind regards!
