# Caller ID Name not passing, not showing up on VOIP.ms incoming calls

We have this issue since last week and Voip support seems to be in the darkness finding the solution.  
I tryied few DIDs from different centers and all have same pattern, no passing the caller ID name of the caller. However I setup a DID from other provider in the same IP phones and the caller ID Name passed perfectly.  
Anyone else noted this issue recently with VOIP.ms numbers???

Same issue here; no caller ID names come through.

Are you in the US? Canada?

Do you have CallerID Name Lookup enabled on the DID in question?

(Go to DID Numbers, Manage DIDs, choose the DID and scroll down to this selection.)
