# Attempts to order new DID failing today

I’m trying to order some DIDs. Everything looks good until I get this error message at the end. Are any of you having the same problem today?

I have not tried today. However, I have had issues with DID number ordering or porting before. The team that works those tickets is pretty responsive. I recommend submitting a ticket. Sometimes, they can work on the DID setup manually when the automation is having an issue.
